Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Leadership and Strategy Lead the SAP BWHANA team in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions providing strategic direction and ensuring best practices are followed Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope Develop project plans assign tasks and track progress Technical Expertise Oversee the development and optimization of SAP BWHANA solutions Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex issues Business Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and design solutions that address their needs System Integration Ensure seamless integration of SAP BWHANA with other SAP and thirdparty systems Performance Optimization Monitor and enhance system performance ensuring high availability and reliability of SAP BWHANA solutions Documentation and Training Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes Provide training and support to endusers and team members Compliance and Security Ensure adherence to data governance security and compliance standards in all SAP BWHANA implementations Requirements Experience Minimum of X years of experience in SAP BW and SAP HANA with at least Y years in a lead or senior role Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP BW SAP HANA SQL and related tools Experience with SAP BW4HANA and S4HANA is highly desirable Leadership Skills Proven experience leading technical teams with strong project management and organizational skills ProblemSolving Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a track record of delivering complex solutions Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Certification Relevant SAP certifications are a plus Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Advanced degrees or specialized training are advantageous
