Must Have skills

• Should have atleast 5 years of team management skills managing the team size of atleast 10 members
• Should have Technical and development experience in the areas of iOS Swift Objective C Core animation and popular thirdparty skills
• Should have experience in Banking domain of atleast 2 years
• Should have project management skills with risk management directing and advising the team for the successful delivery of the project
• Able to manage client expectations and negotiate timelines to achive progmatic delivery milestones etc

Good to have Skills

• Able to identify risks and plan for avoidance and build mitigation plans
• Able to manage conflict among team members and team and client stake holders
• Able to review the documents both business and technical design documents to understand the details to work on the delivery plan
• Should have good communication skills and networking skills
