Job Description:

10-12 years of relevant UX Research or UX Architect experience

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving

Hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment across the Design Thinking approach.

Experience leading and conducting generative and evaluative user research

Ability to lead workshops relating to UX Research both in-person and/or remote

Creative problem solver comfortable dealing with uncertainty

Experience on complex, enterprise-scale or consumer design projects

Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies

Able to combine strategic thinking with pragmatism without sacrificing quality

Proactive and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail & analytical skills

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Significant experience working with senior stakeholders and engineers

Familiarity with research tools e.g UserZoom, UserTesting.com, Dovetail, EnjoyHQ, Qualtrics

Bachelor’s/University degree

Excellent written and oral communication skills
