Specialist - Program & Project Management
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Intake Coordinator In this role you will work closely with the customer and the crossfunctional teams to enable and ensure successful planning execution and materializing the right engagements to start the Project Migrations The ideal candidate is a proactive customer trust builder and a commitment seeker with excellent communication organizational skills and a customercentric mindset
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders including customers to define project objectives scope and solution deliverables
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and expectations seeking commitments and managing their expectations throughout the Intake phase of project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project plans including timelines and milestones ensuring alignment with customer needs
Coordinate and track project activities during the Intake Phase ensuring they are completed on time and meet customer expectations
Monitor project progress during Intake Phase and identify potential risks or issues Work with cross functional team to propose and implement solutions to mitigate them considering the impact on customer satisfaction
Conduct regular project status meetings with customers and internal teams documenting decisions action items and followup tasks
Communicate the right message to the customers ensuring alignment and managing expectations
Assist in the identification and management of project dependencies and constraints taking into account customer priorities
Demonstrate a logical understanding of project requirements and scope aspects ensuring that customer needs are accurately translated into solution deliverables
Support the project team in gathering and analyzing project data producing reports and providing insights to customers
Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among project team members from different departments including those interfacing directly with customers
Assist in the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with industry trends and project management methodologies with a focus on customercentric approaches
Qualifications Skills
Bachelors degree in a related field eg Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders
Customerfacing skills with the ability to engage with customers understand their needs and seek commitments
Logical understanding of project requirements and scope with the ability to translate them into solution deliverables working with cross functional team
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others in a positive manner
