Specialist - Product Engineering
"1. Develop and implement the defined content strategy:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives for EY Tech platform adoption.
• Tailor content according to the needs of different target audiences.
• Identify the most effective channels and platforms for content publication.
• Create a content calendar and plan to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
• Manage the content strategy using a multi-channel approach.
• Ensure alignment with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging.
2. Create engaging and informative content:
• Write and edit content, including emails, posts, blogs and other formats, related to specific tech products and news to support product launches and technical documentation.
• Develop and execute survey campaigns for product teams.
• Craft compelling presentations and narratives to effectively convey key messages and information.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to foster employee engagement and connection with the EY tech platforms.
• Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all produced assets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
• Work closely with leadership, adoption, and other departments to gather insights for content creation.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather knowledge and expertise.
• Incorporate feedback and input from stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
4. Monitor and analyze content performance:
• Track and measure the effectiveness of assets through analytics and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the content strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content generation.
5. Manage emailing of daily tech platform internal notifications to the business:
• Review and execute the sending process, ensuring quality control on all technical notifications.
• Engage with requestors to address quality control observations.
Qualifications:
• More than 6 years of proven experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong storytelling abilities for creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Essential graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
