Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

Provide advisory regarding legal standards in Brazil

Daily management of employees Act as main point of contact for HR matters in Brazil

Assist management in conflict resolution and employee relations

Set standards for ethics values and culture of company

Onboard new employees and manage benefits

Prepare several reports for overtime and other allowances to be processed by the Payroll team

Propose team building DEI wellness and leadership development initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors degree

6 8 years of experience in HR

Proficiency in English advanced level C1 is required Spanish language is a plus

Strong organization communication and conflict resolution skills

Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
