Oracle DB Migration to Azure Exadata 814 Years of relevant experience

a Key Responsibilities

i Define and own the technical architecture for Oracle DB migration to Azure ExadataExaCS ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices

ii Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business and technical requirements into scalable migration architectures and strategies

iii Provide handson technical leadership in designing validating and optimizing Oracle DB configurations RAC DG ASM multitenancy

iv Guide Migration Engineers on implementation best practices troubleshooting and performance tuning

v Experience with migrating database to to Exadata ExaCS ExaCC ATP platform

vi Experience in database security TDE Audit Vault OKV etc

vii Ensure integration with Azure services security models and governance frameworks

viii Conduct technical reviews risk assessments and architecture validations throughout the migration lifecycle

ix Support sizing capacity planning and high availability strategies

x Maintain documentation of architecture decisions technical standards and migration patterns

xi Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues during migration and postmigration phases

b Required Skills

i Strong expertise in Oracle DB 11gR2 12c 19c architecture and engineering especially on Exadata platforms X7 or later

ii Deep understanding of RAC Data Guard ASM multitenancy and performance tuning

iii Experience architecting solutions on Exadata X9X11 and cloud platforms Azure OCI

iv Familiarity with Azure networking security and governance models

v Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions

vi Excellent problemsolving communication and documentation skills

vii Knowledge of Oracle licensing and cost optimization strategies is a plus
