  Deep handson expertise in machine learning deep learning and modern GenAI techniques such as Large Language Models LLMs RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG pipelines and embeddings Strong proficiency in Python SQL and Azurebased AIML ecosystems Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions Experience with realworld AI use cases including forecasting optimization predictive maintenance and intelligent automation Comfortable managing the full AIML lifecycle from data ingestion model development deployment MLOps to performance monitoring Strong exposure to data integration involving ERP systems APIs and data pipelines Skilled in handling both structured and unstructured data Understanding of system design and cloud architecture with a focus on delivery and execution rather than enterpriselevel architectural strategy Handson role balancing technical depth with business alignment to drive impactful AI solutions

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Own the endtoend AIML development lifecycle including data ingestion feature engineering model development deployment and monitoring Develop and implement machine learning and GenAI models tailored to business needs Integrate diverse data sources including ERP systems and APIs for comprehensive data utilization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure scalable and maintainable AI solutions leveraging Azure AIML services Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements via MLOps practices Handle both structured and unstructured data to build robust AI applications Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members Balance technical execution with business objectives to maximize solution impact
