Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

Required Knowledge

o Google Workspace administration including GCP OAuth and API management

o Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration

o Okta directory application and group administration

o ProofPoint on Demand administration

o Email Routing and Security concepts including but not limited to internalexternal DNS configurations email authentication SPFDKIMDMARC

o Scripting knowledge GAM Command Line Management PowerShell for bulk processes and automation

Expected Job RolesFunctions

o Administration of multiple Google Workspace tenants in the Paramount environment

o Manage and maintain currentfuture account provisioningdeprovisioning processes These processes include but are not limited to workflows configured in Paramounts Okta tenant for automated account provisioning and licensing internal scripted processes for account offboarding and data retention

o Perform and support mailbox data migration using native migration tools available from Microsoft and Google Scenarios include data migration between GWS tenants and between GWS and M365 tenants

o Facilitate and support thirdparty application integrations to Google Workspace via GCP project and OAuth configurations

o Support SOX reporting activities for inscope applications within Google Workspace

o Manual provisioning of GWS accounts when requested by existing end users
