Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

Validate project requirements define scope develop schedules and produce detailed designs for assigned projects

Plans and coordinates the implementation of systems storage and upgrades in support of defined requirements generated by internal customers and growth demands

Generates documentation including detailed design configuration templates deployment and test plans

Performs analysis and diagnosis of complex systems storage cloud and networking problems

Build simulated systems in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues

Assists with the management of the systems infrastructure consisting of servers storage arrays cloud workloads and containers

Must be self motivated and able to work independently in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment with changing priorities

Strong verbal written interpersonal and presentation skills

Provide third tier team support and participate in on call support rotation schedule exhibiting resourcefulness and a problem solving aptitude

Requirements

Strong Knowledge in Citrix environments that includes technologies such as Citrix Workspace App Citrix Receiver Citrix XenApp and Desktops Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops and Citrix Profile Manager UPM MCS Machine Creation Services
