Job Description:

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis

Collaborating with Stakeholders to understand the needs and Translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Documentation :

Creating and maintaining workflows and processes , including Epics , Users stories and acceptance criterion

Communication and Collaboration :

Facilitating effective communication between development team and stakeholders and ensuring team understands Business requirements.

Testing and Validation

Performing the first line of validations to ensure work meets the functional requirements.

Progress Updates : providing progress updates to stake holders and coordinating and supporting Business during user acceptance testing (UAT)

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as excel/SQL and understanding of Banking products /processes and reporting is valuable.

Strong Analytical , Problem solving, Communication and Collaboration skills.
