Must Have
- Basic scripting or coding experience Python
- Proficiency in writing SQL and NoSQL queries for data validation reporting or troubleshooting

- Understanding of core media concepts like codec bitrate and common videoaudio file formats eg MP4 MXF WAV
- Video editors with postproduction experience with technical experience

Key Responsibilities
- Specification Analysis Negotiation Support
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers TAMs to understand and document partner specifications
- Identify feature gaps and align with internal engineering teams to ensure readiness for fulfillment
- New Partner Onboarding Implementation
- Manage concurrent onboarding activities
- Own the technical implementation of partner setups in the supply chain
- Write and maintain basic scripts eg Python to support automation validation or data transformation tasks
- Develop unit test cases and execute regression test cases coordinate sample validation and signoff with partners
- Promote partners to production environments in alignment with TAMled fulfillment plans
- Launch Support
- Monitor and support launch catalog fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Troubleshoot issues related to metadata asset delivery and workflow triggers Process Optimization
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to improve reliability and reduce disruptions
- Contribute to documentation and tooling improvements for onboarding workflows
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in technical onboarding implementation or support roles
- Familiarity with video standard specifications eg H264 HEVC Dolby Vision
- Understanding of core media concepts like codec bitrate and common videoaudio file formats eg MP4 MXF WAV
- Exposure to media metadata standards such as MovieLabs CableLabs or similar schemadriven specifications
- Experience working with or referencing technical documentation related to video delivery and content workflows
- Basic scripting or coding experience eg Python Java
- Proficiency in writing SQL and NoSQL queries for data validation reporting or troubleshooting
- Understanding of content distribution workflows and media asset management systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environmentst workflows
- Familiarity with REST APIs and YAMLJSONXML data formats
