Senior Consultant

Total 10 years of experience in Technology delivery Business and Tech project management 5 6 years of hands on experience in Agile based software applications project delivery 1 2 years of experience in Insurance domain or Financial services will be preferred but not a MUST 1 2 years of experience in API or Integration related technology projects will be highly desired but is not a Must Your abilities will include Proven experience in managing and deploying technology initiatives from concept discovery to releases Demonstrated competency to deliver business outcomes and manage multiple initiatives in terms of initiative planning initiative budgeting and delivery Ability to improve on existing processes to allow for improved delivery by influencing squad engineering Experience in project managing initiatives through to production and delivering key business outcomes Be able to apply engineering principles and tools to effectively provision and co ordinate complex interdependencies Ability to develop and agree value for change initiatives and track value through execution Experience working in an agile environment at scale Ability to inform business prioritization decisions while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and technology domain
