Specialist - Package Implementation

SAP HCM

• Evers tRCG Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Work closely with customers and partners field personnel and engineering team while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap
• Specific experience implementing integration to or migrating from backend SAP ERP HCM is desirable
• Ability to manage and track project issues risks and change requests
• Lead and motivate multiple project work streams
• Take responsibility for the delivery of large global multimodule SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Interaction with client and stakholders to create business requirement and by working with Boomi specialists on the extraction of data via the Sfactors API and applicationtesting of logic to satisfy business requirements
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC HCM configuration specifically in OM PA and PD
• Experience SAP transactions such as PFAL CHARM Solution Manager
• Experience in working in an AGILE environment and working with agile tools
• Execute troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Must have worked inunder project management guidelines including providing level of effort estimates work task development and input
