Roles Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials.
  Focus on FICO Controlling.
  Cost Center Accounting.
  Profit Center Accounting.
  Product Costing. Profitability Analysis.
  Project System Results Analysis.
  Unliquidated Costs.
  Month-end Closing. Evaluation and Settlement of Overhead Expenses.
  Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
  Map processes and objectives to customer business requirements.
  Develop necessary product modifications to meet customer needs.
  Design, customize, configure, and test FICO modules.
  Identify gap issues and workarounds.
  Liaise with the customer for troubleshooting.
  Research, analyze, and resolve software issues. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Proactively identify and propose improvements to business processes and/or systems.
  Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team. Provide ad hoc training and user support as needed.
  Work self-directed and independently, and may act as a mentor on the subject matter for more junior members.
