CRM Analytics Specialist – Salesforce
 

We are seeking a CRM Analytics Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics to deliver data-driven insights and optimize customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to support business decision-making, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Description

  • Utilize CRM Analytics (Salesforce Analytics) to analyze customer and business data and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Leverage CRM Analytics features to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce Analytics technologies.
  • Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytics projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical analytics solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics tools, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Identify gaps in existing analytics solutions and propose innovative improvements to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader enterprise processes.
  • Monitor and optimize analytics performance, data accuracy, and dashboard usability.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to real-world business challenges.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, KPIs, and customer analytics.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead analytics initiatives and mentor team members.
