SAP PI/PO Support Consultant
Role Overview
The SAP PI/PO Support Consultant is responsible for day-to-day production support, system monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination with the Chobani team for enhancements, QA activities, and ticket-based requests. This role ensures stable integration operations across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Monitoring
- Perform daily system health checks in the SAP PI/PO Production environment.
- Monitor communication channels to ensure uninterrupted message flow.
- Proactively track and analyze message monitoring queues to identify and resolve processing issues.
- Handle and resolve error messages, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of integration failures to meet business SLAs.
QA & Alert Management
- Monitor and respond to email alerts from the QA system.
- Perform QA system support activities as requested by the Chobani team.
- Validate fixes and enhancements in QA before production deployment.
Incident, Change & Enhancement Support
