Job Description

• Responsible for running Integration workshops and Preparation of Overall Integration architecture Approach.
• Preparation of Integration mapping document and procure business signoff through gathering requirements on Integration.
• Researching complex application integration issues with functional teams examine integration between various systems SAP and non-SAP for inconsistencies review transformation logic and propose corrective alternatives.
• Utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures technology trends and implementation experience in order to translate business requirements into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.
• Solution design for integrating SAP products identifying potential gaps and identifying possible solutions for bridging these gaps.
• Performance tuning of the integrated solution.
• Proactive monitoring of all interfaces and data feeds which send data to or from the SAP SuccessFactors.

Requirements:

• SAP CPI DellBhoomi certified consultant Valid as on Date.
• Worked on at least 3-4 full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integrations project lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience on SAP CPI Dell Bhoomi middleware.
• Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
• Ability to identify develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business.
• Excellent leadership communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
