Specialist - Data Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JDE Analyst to join our customer dynamic IT team The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JDE Finance module with proven skills in SQL code debugging troubleshooting complex application issues and good foundation in accounting principles The analyst will be instrumental in resolving complex issues optimizing system performance and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within JDE

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for JDE EnterpriseOne Financial modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets

Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues within JDE Finance utilizing SQL for data analysis and code debugging for applicationlevel problems

Collaborate with users to understand business requirements identify system deficiencies and propose solutions within the JDE and existent integration framework

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures

Assist in testing and implementing bug fixes upgrades and enhancements

Develop and maintain documentation for support procedures and common resolutions

Provide training and guidance to endusers on JDE Finance functionalities

Required Skills and Experience

8 years of handson experience in JDE EnterpriseOne with deep functional and technical knowledge of Financial module

Proficiency in SQL for data querying analysis and troubleshooting within JDE

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting JDE application issues and performing code debugging

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Experience with JDE development toolsets OMW FDA RDA is highly desirable

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
