Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S4HANA FICO AMS Consultant to provide L2 and L3 application support for Finance processes with a strong focus on FI modules The role involves production support incidentproblem management minor enhancements and close collaboration with business stakeholders especially during monthend close activities where CO and Material Ledger support is critical

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership structured problemsolving clear communication and execution rigor in a runandmaintain environment

Key Responsibilities

AMS Production Support L2 L3

Provide L2L3 functional support for SAP S4HANA FI processes including incident problem and service request management

Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and drive permanent corrective actions

Ensure compliance with SLAOLA targets and operational KPIs

Handle critical finance incidents coordinating with technical teams and providing timely stakeholder updates

Support monthend quarterend and yearend close including extended support where required

Functional Scope FI CO

Strong handson support experience in

o FIGL FIAP FIAR

o Asset Accounting FIAA

o Bank Accounting Electronic Bank Statements

o Brazil localization taxes legal reporting countryspecific requirements

CO support primarily during monthend close with focus on

o Material Ledger

o Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting

o Periodend allocations and settlements

Deep understanding of FIMM and FISD integrations especially finance postings from logistics processes

Enhancements Change Support

Deliver minor enhancements and configuration changes within AMS scope

Prepare functional specifications test cases and support UAT activities

Participate in change and release management processes

Maintain highquality functional and operational documentation

Experience Qualifications

7 to 10 years of relevant SAP FICO experience

Strong experience in SAP S4HANA AMS Production Support

CO knowledge required especially for monthend close and Material Ledger activities

Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience

SAP S4HANA Finance certification is a plus
