Provide support and maintenance for applications related to agribusiness including messaging systems and the sending and control of tax documents for SEFAZ Perform technical analyses to identify bugs operational failures and root causes of incidents proposing fixes and opportunities for continuous improvement Interact with various IT areas Development Service Desk Desktop Services and Projects ensuring effective collaboration and quick problem resolution Develop queries and reports in PLSQL of low and medium complexity Prioritize requests according to criticality and business impact following client methodologies and best service practices

Main Responsibilities

Provide support for applications related to agribusiness and tax document messaging SEFAZ

Analyze and identify bugs operational failures and incident root causes

Log and report bugs as well as suggest process and system improvements

Develop queries and reports in PLSQL low and medium complexity

Collaborate with internal IT teams for joint problem resolution

Manage service priorities according to urgency and impact
