Senior Generative AI Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Generative AI projects with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Build production-grade solutions integrating Generative AI with AI/ML components.
• Develop advanced Generative AI applications using methodologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to create RAG-based solutions.
• Utilize cloud AI services including GCP Vertex AI (preferred), Azure AI, and AWS Bedrock, along with managed large language models.
• Implement AI/ML search and data services within the GCP ecosystem (Vertex AI, Vertex AI Vector Search, Gemini, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL).
• Integrate agent frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI into AI workflows.
• Develop APIs and microservices using Python and frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
• Apply expertise in deep learning, TensorFlow, and NLP for advanced AI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering principles, including API integration and test automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven transformation projects.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in AI/ML and 2+ years in Generative AI solutioning.
• Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications using Google Cloud AI stack or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering AI-driven transformation projects at scale.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
