1. Collaborate with the team to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable, and feasible solutions 2. Work with developers and CX/PX to define and prioritize a backlog for your product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision 3. Deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications 4. Engage with multiple business stakeholders to ensure clear and concise documentation of planned features as epics and user stories 5. Collaborate with engineering, business development and data analytics teams to ship new, impactful platform capabilities that accelerate our time to value 6. Drive collaboration with your team by facilitating workshops and activities, aligning team members on project outcomes, bringing clarity where there is ambiguity, and keeping everyone aligned throughout delivery 7. Identify critical assumptions, define experiments, measure success metrics, and use data to inform decisions 8. Understand the customer journey for enterprise software and incorporate industry standards and best practice into your product 9. Collaborate with product line managers on cross-domain initiatives; track and mitigate product risks 10. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and value realization to quantify business outcomes 11. Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies 12. Able to operate in Agile development methodology 13. Ability to effectively communicate with Senior management 14. Should be a self-starter, motivated individual and able to drive through ambiguous situations Functional Expertise preferred: 1. B.Tech or equivalent Bachelor’s degree and preferably with MBA degree 2. 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, delivering projects in Order Management and Renewals domain 3. Experience in implementation and management of business automation solutions in Order to Fulfilment domains (Perpetual and SaaS transactions) a. Proficiency in key back office processes like Order to Cash, Service Contracts, Quote Management, Fulfilment & Provisioning, Renewals, Entitlements Management, Pricing b. Domain Knowledge in: Data (Product/Customer/Territory Master), Sales (Territory & Opportunity Management), CPQ and Order Management c. Collaboration with Product Managers on cross-domain initiatives and participate in domain level discussions focused on - Marketing, Sales, Multi-tier RTM & Partner Management, Deal management & CPQ, offer, billing & payment, knowledge & enablement, Public clouds (such as AWS and Azure) and subscription lifecycle management 4. SAP experience would be preferred
