  Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in PROMIS MES and factory automation for semiconductor manufacturing fluent in Japanese responsible for driving process improvements and system integration

  Job Description 

  Act as a liaison between business users technical teams and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for PROMIS MES and factory automation systems Lead the analysis design and implementation of MES solutions focusing on process improvement system enhancements and seamless integration with existing factory automation Gather document and analyze detailed business requirements through interviews workshops and site visits within semiconductor manufacturing facilities Collaborate effectively with Japanese clients vendors and internal teams ensuring accurate communication and interpretation of technical and business documentation in Japanese Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process flows functional requirements use cases and user manuals in both English and Japanese Support project management activities such as schedule tracking risk assessment resource planning and stakeholder reporting to ensure timely and quality MES project delivery Conduct testing validation and user training for new system features and upgrades ensuring compliance with manufacturing best practices and standards Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory requirements within the semiconductor sector to propose innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Serve as the primary interface between business users technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and translation of business needs into technical solutions Lead MES solution lifecycle from requirements gathering design and implementation to integration with factory automation systems Conduct detailed business analysis including process mapping and documentation to support system enhancements and process improvements Facilitate communication and collaboration with Japanesespeaking clients and vendors ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements and documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation including use cases process flows functional specs and training materials in English and Japanese Assist in project management tasks including tracking schedules assessing risks planning resources and reporting progress to stakeholders Oversee system testing validation and coordinate user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption of MES features Stay updated with semiconductor manufacturing trends and regulatory changes to recommend and implement innovative MES and automation solutions
