Qualification: A beauty wellness and lifestyle authority, specializing in digital marketing and governance of digital initiatives Experienced working alongside a team of 2-3 other strategy consultants and cross-functional team members to solve complex problems for some of the world s biggest brands Well accomplished in building relationships within the client s organization Primary Role Expectations 70 of individuals time : Gain exposure to senior client executives through direct participation in meetings and steering committees Experience organizing, supporting and participating in high-level C-suite client workshops and meetings Understand client s evolving ecosystem and partner with brand teams to enrich consumer experience Interface with clients IT Leaders and Brand Managers business teams to assess ongoing IT or business needs and translate those needs into opportunities and systems requirements Create proposals and or formulate recommendations and solutionswith attention to a client s wishes, capabilities, and limitations Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies Coordinate work across multiple vendors and globally distributed teams involved in the project Communicate progress and challenges with key stakeholders Build effective relationships with key client stakeholders Other Role Expectations 30 of individuals time : Facilitate discussions, collaboration amongst client s IT Brand Leaders, Mindtree s onshore offshore contacts and with SMEs from Mindtree s CoE Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and annual Joint Planning Sessions with clients Recommend on beauty trends and bi-annually publish whitepapers on Beauty Tech Trends
