Job Title: Specialist - Architecture

Work Location

Job Description:

Experience with new form of architecture including microservices and containers.

Experienced Software developer with expertise in Web Application development in Java, J2EE, fixing defects and enhancing application performance

Strong experience in open source technologies and tools (spring, Struts) and hands-on with variety of IDE's such as RAD, Eclipse

Developed applications using Core Java, JDBC, JSP, Struts, spring, MVC architecture

Extensive experience in using MVC (Model View Controller) architecture for developing applications using Spring

Experience in front-end application using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Struts Tag libraries, spring and JSP

Excellent working knowledge of Operation & Production Support with large mission critical systems in multiple technologies and platforms including Apache, WebSphere, UNIX

Extensively worked with the retrieval and manipulation of data from the Oracle Database by writing complex queries using SQL and PL/SQL

Well versed with core Java concepts like collections, multi-threading, serialization

Strong experience with JUnit in performing unit test and determining the application functionality

Experience with using IDEs like Eclipse, Version Control Systems like SVN and continuous Integration tool Jenkins

Demonstrated understanding of software design patterns – IOC, MVC, etc.
