Job Title: BA with Payments (Real time Payments) Exp.

 

Work Location

New York, NY (3 days onsite/week)

 

Job Description:

10+ years’ experience in Payment’s technology and/or Operations/Business - ideally both and previously worked as System Analyst or Business Analyst.

Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst at major financial services company

CBAP or CCBA certification (preferred)

SAFe or CSM certification (preferred)

 

Payment Domain Knowledge base:

A strong business in disciplines surrounding a High and Low Value Payment Processing

An understanding of an end-to-end flow of various Payment methods from initiation to settlement and tracking

Payment messaging such as MT, MX formats, ISO200022 standards and FED/CHIP formats and interoperability among these formats

Knowledge of or working experience of any payment hub or ecosystem

 

Payment platform knowledge (Atleast two):

o Real Time payment, ACH Payment, FedWires/ Cross border Payment

Payment Network :

o Swift

 

Technical or Application Knowledge base:

Knowledge of Development Lifecycles and Agile approach to project implementation and software used to support same: JIRA, BluePrint, Confluence

Payment tracking mechanisms such as GPI

User Interface design

Technical background with knowledge of SDLC, JSON, XML and ability to write SQL queries

Experience working with waterfall and agile development methodologies

Understanding of systems engineering concepts

Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Business case development

Modeling techniques and methods

Job Role:

Candidate will provide techno functional leadership in payment specific business domain within Treasury Services and will serve in a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.

Candidate will direct and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design and use case models. Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Candidate will lead implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation and will manage scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.

Candidate will participate in industry forums and will keep current on domain knowledge for payment specific business and application areas of expertise. Will also apply experiences with existing software and/or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and develop better processes to be used in the future.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.

Min Salary:  $103,415 USD
Max Salary:  $152,000 USD
