Job Description:
Level 1 Support

  • Bachelor in any stream with good communication skill having relevant experience of minimum 6 months to 02 years
  • Incident Resolution Take ownership of incidents troubleshooting based on SOPs and resolving issues promptly by logging incidents in ticketing systems e.g. Jira ServiceNow and tracking them to resolution
  • Technical Troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving basic routine or scripted IT issues related to IT Operations Windows Servers OR Linux Servers OR Network Troubleshoot LANWLAN connectivity set up VoIP phones and configure peripherals Software MS Office O365 issues
  • User Support Admin Handle password resets account unlocking and provisioning, deprovisioning in Active Directory and Office 365 software installations VPN configuration printer setups and Microsoft Outlook mailbox issues
  • Monitoring Escalation Monitoring system health CPU memory disk space and escalating unresolved tickets to L2L3 support with detailed documentation
  • Documentation Maintaining accurate technical documentation user guides and knowledge base articles

 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCSA or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE or Linux Red Hat Certified Engineer RHCE
  • Additional certifications in relevant areas such as cloud computing virtualization Oracle Database or Network security
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like HyperV or VMware
  • Knowledge on ITIL Foundation
