Associate Director - Program & Project Management

• Responsible for managing large projects/programs in a DU potentially involving multiple project teams

• Assists in execution of strategies to achieve short- and medium-term goals and taking functional and operational decisions which can have an impact on the entire organization

• Responsible for overseeing the project schedules and resource management to ensure smooth and timely execution

• Responsible for ensuring quality policies and procedures are adhered to within the DU following both internal and external standards

• Implement communication structure to ensure process and procedural updates are shared effectively

• Conduct performance appraisals for team members, provide input into the learning and career plans for team members, conduct team building exercise for better employee engagement

• Responsible for tracking the project status and communicating to stakeholders on key developments

• Responsible for ensuring adequate risk management measures are being taken and projects are executed on time within the target budget limits

• Assists in fostering partnership with crucial stakeholders involved like customers or sponsors

• Responsible for mentoring teams and enhance their performance

• Responsible for managing customer expectations and enhancing customer experience with a goal to achieve higher customer satisfaction
