Roles and Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to design and map business processes that enhance operational efficiency Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into process designs Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate process designs and ensure stakeholder buyin Develop and maintain process documentation including process maps flowcharts and related artifacts Identify gaps and recommend solutions to streamline business operations Mentor junior team members on business process design methodologies and tools Ensure compliance with organizational standards and frameworks in all business architecture activities
