Specialist - Industrial IoT

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly within SLA timelines.
• Maintain and support .NET desktop and web-based applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Collaborate with interfacing systems and ensure smooth connectivity with .NET applications.
• Document and escalate incidents using tools such as ServiceNow.
• Support labeling systems with basic PLC knowledge.
