Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution within an S/4HANA environment. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions while working closely with business and technical teams to optimize sales and distribution processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work extensively on the SAP SD module in S/4HANA to support and enhance business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD configurations and functional enhancements.
• Design, configure, and support pricing, billing, order management, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and continuously optimize existing processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities related to SAP SD S/4HANA.
• Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD issues.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP SD S/4HANA features and trends and recommend improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and junior consultants.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Monitor system performance and initiate corrective actions for SAP SD functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for SAP SD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP SD solutions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP SD S/4HANA best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7–11 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD, including S/4HANA implementations or support
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes
• Experience with pricing, billing, sales orders, and delivery processing
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Experience working in cross‑functional and global teams
