Senior Business Analyst

Years of Experience: 6 Years and above

Domain: Hands on experience in Loans domain (corporate loans) and through understanding on processing

and various products.

In-depth knowledge on capital markets domain with clear understanding on trade flow, products.

Exposure to regulations that govern the market functions.

Tools / Skillset:

JIRA (Requirement Management and Test Management)

Proficient in SQL for data analysis

Knowledge on BI tools

Job Description:

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and documentation

Evaluating business processes, document requirements, perform data analysis.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Performing requirements analysis.

Documenting and communicating the results in form of user stories or BRD

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Define solutions meet business needs and requirements, at the same time ensuring technical compatibility.

Performing user acceptance testing.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
