Seeking a Senior IISDatastage professional with to 7-11 years of experience specializing in ANSISQL and Dimensional Data Modeling to design and implement robust ETL solutions

Job Description 

Develop and maintain ETL workflows using IISDatastage to support data integration and data warehousing initiatives Write complex ANSISQL queries for efficient data extraction transformation and loading Design and implement dimensional data models to enhance business intelligence and reporting capabilities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand data requirements Optimize ETL processes and SQL queries to ensure high performance and scalability Ensure data quality and consistency through comprehensive testing and validation Document technical specifications data flows and ETL processes for effective knowledge sharing Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data integration and modeling

Roles and Responsibilities 

Lead the design and development of IISDatastage ETL jobs ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Analyze source data and business needs to create effective dimensional data models Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues and data discrepancies promptly Collaborate with data architects analysts and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on IISDatastage and ANSISQL development Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment activities Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and best practices throughout the ETL lifecycle Communicate project progress risks and issues effectively to management and clients
