Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Data Support Analyst to join our team This role is essential for managing incoming Jira support tickets related to data requests and incidents prioritizing these requests relative to ongoing projects and ensuring timely resolution by either addressing the issues directly or assigning them to the appropriate team members
Responsibilities
Ticket Management Monitor incoming Jira tickets prioritize them according to urgency and team resources and coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution
Issue Resolution Address low complexity data issues directly or coordinate with technical resources to resolve more complex requests
Priority Coordination Work with team members and stakeholders to identify and manage work priorities assisting in setting realistic timelines and expectations
Kanban Board Management Assist in running the teams Kanban board keeping tasks organized and ensuring visibility into current priorities and status
Documentation Create and maintain documentation of processes task resolutions and guidance for routing users to the appropriate resources
Stakeholder Communication Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and relay updates on task progress
SQL Server Support Have a foundational knowledge of SQL Server and be open to learning more to support data requests and troubleshooting tasks
Qualifications
Experience with SQL Server Experience and knowledge writing SQL Server queries with a willingness to learn more as needed
Project Management Skills Familiarity with Kanban or other project management methodologies
Analytical Mindset Ability to prioritize and triage requests based on urgency and business impact
Documentation Skills Skilled in creating clear concise documentation for team processes and user guides
Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve basic data issues and coordinate resources for more complex tasks
Team Collaboration Strong communication skills able to collaborate across departments to align on priorities and tasks
