We are seeking a Senior Engineer Collaboration Technology to enhance and provide support to its collaboration systems

This role will help provide technical leadership in the effective use of collaboration technology solutions throughout the firm

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day to day operations of Microsoft 365 solutions and applications such as MS Teams OneDrive Power BI and SharePoint

Scripting and development skills using PowerShell

Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 online groups

Experience in the development of technical user or support documentation

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Develop maintain and update Microsoft 365 governance documentation

Implement compliance and enforce ownership of applications and site content with stakeholders

Provide immediate escalation support for Service Desk issues

Ready to work in PST time zone

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of O365 Admin experience

Should have knowledge on some Cloud Services Good to Have Azure

Proficiency with C language or PowerShell for scripting and automation solutions

Good to Have Apps development on Microsoft Teams
