SAP OTC Consultant 

HE will be responsible for L2L3 application support SAP Order to Cash processes

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2L3 production support for SAP OTC processes
• Order Management Pricing Delivery Billing Credit Management and Returns
• Support Brazil pricing billing and integration with Brazil localization Nota Fiscal
• Troubleshoot and resolve OTC incidents billing errors pricing issues and integration failures within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring issues
• Support change requests minor enhancements testing and transports
• Work closely with business users finance tax and local Brazil SMEs
• Coordinate with technical ABAP and localization vendors as required

Required Skills Experience

• 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with strong focus on OTC SD
• Handson experience in SAP ECC and or S4HANA AMS support
• Proven experience with Brazil SAP localization and tax changes
• Strong understanding of pricing billing taxes and compliance impacts on OTC
• Experience with Service Now JIRA incident change management
• Ability to work in global multi time zone support models
