This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting enterprise-scale developer platforms. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience with one or more of these tools, combined with practical CI/CD expertise, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

  • Own platform configuration, access management, and governance, including organizational structures, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Optimize tooling workflows and integrations, including CI/CD pipelines, to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and supporting engineering teams.
  • Partner with vendors (GitHub, Atlassian, and JFrog) to drive issue resolution and escalations.
  • Participate in major incident response activities, including investigation and remediation.
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Support platform migrations, upgrades, and tooling changes while coordinating across internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements in partnership with Information Security and Legal teams.
  • Develop clear user communications and documentation for platform updates, incidents, and operational changes.
