Quality Assurance Coordinator

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful qualification of multiple server components for global production cloud data center deployments.

Must Have

• Test Planning Develop and suggest comprehensive test plans including necessary test cases based on commodity type model and configuration
• Document Review Review PRDBRD documents and recommend modifications based on platform and configuration requirements
• Hardware Setup Plan hardware setups and ensure systems are aligned with PRD and proper configurations before qualification begins
• Debugging Collaborate with multiple OEMs and ODMs to debug hardware issues and provide data inputs for product development
• Azure DevOps Utilize Azure DevOps tools for component qualification bug tracking and timely responses
• Troubleshooting Troubleshoot componentlevel issues and guide the test team
• Qualification Reports Review and ensure qualification reports are aligned with testing and debugging information before signoff
• Quality Assurance Drive endtoend quality from planning to signoff with proper checks and continuous followups with the team
• TimelinesSLAs Ensure defined timelinesSLAs for qualifications are met including quality deliverables

• Log Review Review resultslogs identify failureserrors and file bugs accordingly
• Unit Testing Define unit test cases for single module implementations based on required upgrades in production data centers
• Test Execution Ensure test plans are executed correctly to qualify server components such as HDD SSD NVMe PCIe drives storage controllers RAID BIOS BMC NIC CM DIMM CPU FPGA and latest generation SKU designs
• Bug Regression Plan and implement bug regression
• Automation Develop scripts to automate the test execution process using MS PowerShell and Python
• Documentation Document racklevel and SKUlevel production designs for various platforms
• Debugging Logs Collect and triage debug and diagnostic logs for vendor hardware
• Script Customization Customize scripts to reproduce bugs at the component level
• Performance Benchmarks Troubleshoot issues related to performance benchmarks and IO stress tools
• Root Cause Analysis Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting followed by bug triage with engineering groups
