o Delivery Leadership Governance
o Own end to end delivery execution for all cloud transformation engagements across LATAM
o Ensure consistent application of Factory delivery standards governance and operating cadence
o Drive disciplined delivery practices including call ownership MoMs action tracking and risk management
o Review delivery health RAG unblock at risk engagements and intervene early to prevent escalations
o Should have executed large scale Cloud Migrations Integrations and Transformations
o Proven track record of driving major IT projects managing multiple priorities simultaneously setting timelines holding people accountable and delivering projects ontime and onbudget
o Experienced in Cloud technologies and worked on DC migration to Cloud
o Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders including client offshore and cross functional teams to deliver the transformations required
o Understanding of Infrastructure background of Virtualization Cloud technologies compute storage and Network
Customer Stakeholder Management
o Serve as the primary delivery escalation point for LATAM accounts
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Field teams CSAMs CSA leads and customer stakeholders
o Ensure clear expectation setting with customers on scope timelines roles and responsibilities
o Lead executive level customer conversations during escalations or critical delivery milestones
Operational Business Management
o Track delivery KPIs including utilization throughput SLA adherence ACR realization and customer satisfaction
o Partner with Regional and Global Factory leadership on delivery strategy and continuous improvement
o Ensure compliance with internal processes reporting cadence and audit requirements
People Capability Leadership
o Coach and guide Program Managers Delivery Leads and Technical Architects on delivery excellence and customer engagement
o Identify skill gaps and work with staffing teams on capacity and capability ramp up
o Reinforce professional behaviors ownership mindset and customer first execution culture
Escalation Issue Management
o Proactively identify delivery risks behavioral gaps and execution weaknesses
o Lead root cause analysis RCA for escalations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained
o Drive accountability across PMs Tech Leads and Factory teams to close gaps
o Represent LATAM delivery status in leadership reviews and war rooms

PRINCE2PMP Preferred
