Role Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented content operations professional who thrives on accuracy and process driven publishing of premium digital content This role is responsible for ingesting formatting publishing and quality control of video assets across streaming platforms websites and social channels The ideal candidate can work independently follow rigid step-by-step workflows and support swing and overnight shifts as required

Location: Av. Paseo de la Reforma #250, Torre "A", Piso 8, Colonia Juárez, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, CDMX, México

Work schedule: 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off. Days off are not fixed to weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare metadata video and audio assets for full episode and shortform content publishing across streaming platforms and websites
  • Create and maintain accurate metadata including start end dates titles descriptions content ratings IDs geo-blocking and series season information
  • Format and process shortform content for publishing on digital platforms and social media channels based on defined instructions
  • Fulfill and deliver digital assets to streaming and distribution partners in accordance with delivery specifications
  • Capture broadcast feeds using live capture tools and prepare content for VOD including commercial removal editing and caption retiming
  • Perform site and platform quality checks to identify and resolve publishing issues such as missing assets incorrect metadata captioning errors or ad placement issues
  • Troubleshoot publishing and delivery issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution

 

MustHave

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Media Operations Content curation or Digital Content Publishing
  • Intermediate proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict step by step workflows
  • Ability to multitask prioritize work and operate autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with experience working across diverse teams

 

GoodtoHave

  • Experience with media workflow captioning live capture or transcoding tools
  • Understanding of video and audio mastering standards frame rate resolution audio channel configurations etc
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools such as Google Workspace Airtable or media operations systems
  • Familiarity with content management systems CMS used for online publishing and OTT platforms
  • Prior experience supporting OTT SVOD or broadcast to digital workflows
