About the Role

We are seeking a FlexeraOne Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of the FlexeraOne FNMS SaaS platform. This role focuses on platform operations, agent and beacon support, integration monitoring, incident management, and configuration maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior administrators and SAM (Software Asset Management) operations teams to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor FlexeraOne tenant health, beacons, and inventory data pipelines on a daily basis.
• Handle L2 support incidents related to agent failures, scanning issues, and inventory data discrepancies.
• Perform user administration activities, including provisioning, role assignments, and periodic access reviews.
• Monitor and validate ITSM/CMDB integrations (e.g., ServiceNow) and inventory data flows.
• Implement platform configuration changes in accordance with established change management and RFC processes.
• Support data ingestion validation from procurement, contract, and related enterprise systems.
• Generate weekly SLA reports, operational dashboards, tool health metrics, and performance reports.
• Troubleshoot agent deployments and support version upgrades under senior administrator guidance.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Support beacon patching, maintenance, upgrades, and health monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams for beacon-related support requirements.
• Track, manage, and report platform incidents through the ITSM platform.
• Participate in release validation and post-release smoke testing activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering FlexeraOne FNMS environments.
• Strong understanding of Flexera SaaS tenant administration and beacon operations.
• Experience with Flexera agents, scanning mechanisms, and inventory data management processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM/CMDB integrations such as ServiceNow.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS for beacon hosting and support.
• Basic knowledge of software licensing concepts related to Microsoft, Oracle, and Adobe products.
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned incident management environments.
• Strong documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic SQL querying.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for operational reporting and dashboarding.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation tasks.
• Exposure to procurement platforms such as Coupa or Ariba.
• Understanding of software inventory management and agent-based discovery solutions.
• Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and licensing metrics.

Preferred Certifications

• Flexera Certified Administrator (Associate Level)
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent cloud certification
