Responsibilities
Provide 3rd line support and troubleshooting for diverse technologies Citrix VMware Exchange HP hardware Windows Server 20122022 etc
Deliver technical support and project planning for system design including analysis diagnosis and resolution of IT issues for software and hardware
Act as SME for MA projects responsible for technical initiatives architectural and engineering innovation and problem management
Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis of incidents and outages
Produce technical documentation to support systemsapplications
Act as escalation point for complex problems and provide direction for technical projects
Provide technical solutions for BAU and projectbased requests
Deploy new platforms and improve existing ones
Support IT Operations and Engineering teams in all aspects of support
Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and applicable lawsregulations
