Role Financial Applications Support Analyst

Experience 5 to 6 years of end user support for JDE

Technical Skills Primary

• End user support for JD Edwards Enterprise One JDE Circulus Accounts Payable cloud application and Concur Travel Expense
• Strong troubleshooting analysis and issue resolution skills for financial applications
• Handson knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Financial and business acumen including management and analysis processes
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide incident and work order support for JD Edwards Enterprise One Circulus and Concur focused on the Agency integration
• Support JDE General Ledger Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules
• Support Circulus Accounts Payable cloud application
• Support Concur Travel Expense application

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have

• Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience
• Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations
• Experience supporting offshore or remote developmentsupport teams
