Technical Skills Primary

• Understanding of IT Infrastructure Telephony End User Devices EUD Printing Data Application and Digital subject areas
• Expertise in cloud services SaaS PaaS IaaS DaaS microservices and APIs
• Good understanding of technologies including Citrix VMWare Exchange HP hardware Active Directory DNS DHCP SAN storage SCCM M365 Azure
• Solid understanding of how applications interact with the Windows Operating System
• Experience in MA processes IT Infrastructure due diligence through to transition and applicationdigital migration

Responsibilities

• Identify and document new and current systems applications data repositories SaaS solutions and digital systems targeted for GTS MA activities
• Uncover all inscope systems for MA projects recognize required access for current users and anticipate future disposition within the enterprise
• Conduct site visits virtual and inperson to investigate and understand IT environments of MA targets
• Produce documentation for system design infrastructure requirements security assessment data structure and system identification for the MA project scope
• Capture and detail existing IT infrastructure and networking estate of acquisition targets highlighting security risks and remediation needs
• Support the capture and detail of application and digital estate reporting security risks and remediation activities
• Prepare and present documents to support due diligence and discovery progress
• Work with business leaders architects IT teams vendors and customers to understand systems and ensure applications are documented with highlowlevel designs build documentation handover and DR documentation
