Senior Specialist – CRM Analytics (Salesforce)
 
 

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce to lead data-driven insights and optimize customer relationship management within the Salesforce Analytics domain.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics & Insights

    • Utilize advanced CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights.
    • Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
    • Leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Solution Design & Development

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
    • Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
  • Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement

    • Drive innovation by identifying gaps and proposing advanced analytics solutions.
    • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes.
    • Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 7–11 years in CRM Analytics with strong expertise in Salesforce Analytics.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics tools and dashboard development.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business metrics.
    • Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications in CRM Analytics are a plus.
