Business Solution Analyst – Oracle ERP Finance
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Solution Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP Finance to support business transformation initiatives. The role acts as a Business Process Owner (BPO) within the assigned functional scope, ensuring process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. The position bridges Business and IT by translating business needs into actionable functional specifications and driving successful ERP adoption.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or ERP Implementation
- Proven experience in Process Ownership or Business Governance roles
- Experience participating in large‑scale, international ERP deployments
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Finance
Technical Skills
- Methodologies: Business Process Modeling, Requirements Management, Impact Analysis
- ERP Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, and/or CRM, including integrations
- Testing: Strong experience leading UAT cycles, End‑to‑End (E2E) testing, and defect management using tools such as Jira or ALM
- Change & Training: Knowledge of Change Management models and instructional design for training enablement
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to bridge Business and IT perspectives
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and manage transversal teams
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Role Description
As a Business Solution Analyst and Business Process Owner (BPO), this role is the guardian of business processes within its functional scope. The position leads process definition, standardization, and continuous improvement, while defining business requirements to be translated into functional specifications by IT teams and system integrators. The role also leads Change Management and Key User (KU) training to ensure full adoption of new ERP solutions and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Governance & Ownership
- Act as the primary owner of functional processes, including business rules, standards, RACI matrices, and control points
- Ensure end‑to‑end process consistency, regulatory compliance, and KPI performance tracking
- Lead the functional community (Process Owners, Key Users, SMEs) to manage prioritization, arbitrations, and strategic decisions
2. Requirements Analysis & Functional Specifications
- Lead workshops to map As‑Is and To‑Be processes, identify pain points, and drive simplification and standardization
- Document Business Requirements (BRD), user stories, business rules, master data requirements, and use cases
- Produce Functional Design Documents (FDD), acceptance criteria, impact analysis, and integration requirements
- Act as the main interface between Business and IT, leading Fit/Gap analysis and supporting decision‑making
3. Testing, Validation & Deployment
- Define business testing strategies, test cases, E2E scenarios, and UAT datasets
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prioritize defects, and track resolution
- Support Go‑Live readiness, cutover activities, and Hypercare
4. Key User Training & Documentation
- Design and execute training strategies, including Train‑the‑Trainer sessions
- Develop user guides, training materials, SOPs, and FAQs
- Ensure alignment between training content, business processes, and ERP solutions
5. Change Management
- Conduct organizational impact assessments related to roles, processes, and data practices
- Define and execute Change Management plans, including communication and adoption tracking
- Monitor adoption KPIs, manage resistance, and ensure long‑term ownership by end users
Expected Deliverables
- Process maps, business rules, and RACI matrices

- Requirements backlog, Fit/Gap matrix, and decision logs
- UAT plans, test scripts, and validation reports
- Key User training plans, training materials, and operational documentation
