Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

To elicit document analyze and recommend solutions based on the business needs of project stakeholders This includes interviewing stakeholders gathering and compiling requirements to convey to the development teams throughout the Safe Agile delivery framework The Business Analyst will help support the development process and to confirm that project deliverables are met according to specifications

This is a midlevel position requiring some supervision with opportunities to advance into more senior level roles

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborates with the stakeholders and teams to elicit requirements

Manage the product backlog by creation of Epics features and user stories in Azure DevOps

Refine the backlog for Sprints and across the Program Increment

Participate in daily scrum meeting

Act as the single point of contact for developers to raise any clarifications to requirements User Stories

Collaborates with team on UAT test scenarios and conducts testing and verification activities for delivered capabilities both within sprints and as needed for major releases and subreleases

Prepares release notes

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Hands on experience for more than 5years

Analytical skills to be able to understand complex business problems

Experience writing and reviewing requirements functional nonfunctional

Experience in written and verbal communications and requirements management with geographically global dispersed project stakeholders

Experience in Agile methodology is a musthave

Experienced in developing relationships with project stakeholders with different ranks and backgrounds

Efficient time management skills to manage multiple priorities at the same time

Selfmotivated selfstarter to perform roles job responsibilities

Attention to detail is required

Strong problemsolving skills to be able to identify problems analyze the root cause and recommend solutions that meet the business needs is a plus

We would need someone to drive the Eva workstream requirements from the business and also coordinate with the business for other domains
