Role Application Integration Lead Solution Architect

Experience 10 to 12 yrs

Technical Skills Primary

• Requires deep experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft products
• Full understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle and various development methodologies
• Insurance industry expertise including insurance technologies and vendors
• Strong understanding of application architectural concepts methodologies and mapping approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design across all business and IT change projects
• Apply strong governance to ensure delivered solutions comply with original design solution costing including technology product and licensing
• Write and support technical proposals and RFP responses
• Define technical strategy and key deliverables throughout project phases
• Reduce technical design debt and resolveescalate key design decisions for costeffective robust systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineering and information management teams to align system changes across IT applications
• Ensure applications are documented with highlowlevel designs build documentation handover and disaster recovery documentation
• Provide technical advice and support to business IT and thirdparty partners on application integration
• Matrix manage thirdparty architecture resources as necessary

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have

• Familiarity with both onpremises and cloudbased database environments
• Azure WindowsLinux OS Citrix etc

Soft Skills

• Must have time management skills and be able to multitask to meet set deadlines
• Solid written and oral communications skills
