Expectations

The Resource will be responsible for managing and maintaining Tableau SAP BO SAP BODS  infrastructure ensuring the smooth functioning of the application and providing support to users

Roles and Responsibilities of Tableau

Min 7 years of experience and advanced knowledge with Tableau software Desktop Server with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration

Experience as Tableau administrator developing in configuring and administering Tableau Server Cloud

Need to have strong expertise in debugging the Performance Counters at OS Level

Must have experience in Maintaining Tableau Bridge Client

Hands on Experience in troubleshooting Tableau job failures and take the necessary action

Strong Experience working with Databases SQL Server SAP HANA required

Maintaining Tableau users permissions Licenses and security settings

Should have experience of Patching upgrade of Tableau OnPrem Server

Vulnerability Management of Tableau Application

Good understanding of networking authentication protocols SSO and security standards

Roles and Responsibility of SAP BO

Min 4 years of experience in SAP BO Administration

Should have good Understanding of SAP BO Architecture

Must have experience in Patching upgrade of SAP BO Suite

Must have handson experience scheduling reports Publications in SAP BO or using 3rd Party based on complex requirements

Need to have strong understanding of different Access Levels

Good to have knowledge of SAP BODS Should be ready to work on patching upgrading the application

Others

• Knowledge on Service Now
• Resource should be good with Windows OS level troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Administration of ArcGIS application is a plus
